ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Neha, a fitness coach with a passion for helping people achieve their health goals through sustainable lifestyle changes.

 

My journey began during my 12th standard when stress from board exams and poor eating habits led to weight gain and PCOS.

 

Following my gynaecologist’s advice to lose weight and adopt healthier eating habits, I initially struggled with crash diet trends that left me frustrated and unsuccessful.  

 

Determined to find the right path, I dove into health and fitness literature, devouring articles and books that not only helped me transform my lifestyle but also ignited a deep interest in this field.

 

What started as a personal challenge evolved into a lifelong passion for nutrition and fitness.  

 

For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, including homemakers, doctors, corporate employees, lawyers, and government officials.

 

Together, we’ve achieved incredible results by focusing on health optimisation and longevity through mindful changes.  

 

This profession allows me to combine my love for teaching and learning while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives and I couldn’t ask for more!
